Winter Park, Oviedo and Lake Nona Locations:

1) We call you 2 days prior appointment for confirmation of appointment

2) On the day of visit, please make sure you have your VITALS ready (Temperature, BP reading and Weight)

3) Our Front office will verify your demographics and will transfer you over to the medical assistant

4) Our medical assistant will talk to you and will send you a text message or email link to connect to our doctors.

5) After your visit, please wait a few hours for the check- out process. If you don’t receive a phone call from our office please message us through HEALOW or call us back.
