Dr. Alilin: I had a nice meeting with Ben on Nov. 22 2021. I found out from my blood test that my total cholesterol level (HDL and LDL) is too low (around 138) this time. I keep on practicing Yoga. My question was "should I reduce the dose of Rosuvastatin tablet?" I have one tablet per day right now. Ni-Bin
