He then earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of the East and completed his residency training at the University of Alabama, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Jay is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Jay is married and has two children. He and his family currently live in Oviedo.
